With 30 years of experience in state and federal government service and a successful career in the business community before that, H.L. (Sonny) Callahan retired from Congress in 2002 and formed a government consulting firm, Sonny Callahan and Associates, LLC, offering government consultation on a variety of interests.

 SC&A provides guidance and assistance to both large corporations and small business organizations that have projects and products in which they seek the government's time and attention.

   In addition to former Congressman Callahan, SC&A associates bring to the table years of experience on Capitol Hill and in state and local government.
